Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day leadership of multiple supported living services delivering high-volume care.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure consistently high-quality, person-centred support.
- Lead and develop teams while identifying opportunities for service growth and improvement.
- Support the ongoing success of services as Supported Living Manager across Manchester and Cheshire.
- Experience as a Supported Living Manager, Registered Care Manager or similar leadership role in supported living.
- Proven background managing large-scale services and high-volume care hours.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and service development within health and social care.
