About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join services in Taunton. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting service users with mental health needs in a safe and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of mental health nursing care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Support service users with dignity, respect, and empathy
- Administer medication in line with NMC guidelines
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Escalate safeguarding or clinical concerns appropriately
Requirements
- Valid NMC Pin as RMN
- Previous mental health nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
