As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be:
• Supervising operatives and subcontractors carrying out responsive repairs and void works
• Monitoring the quality of work to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard
• Carrying out regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
• Managing health and safety compliance across multiple sites
• Ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and KPIs
• Supporting and mentoring both direct labour and temporary operatives
• Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues effectively
• Attending the office once per week for meetings and operational updates
• Assisting with workforce planning and day-to-day operational delivery

• Previous experience working within a supervisory role in responsive repairs or maintenance
• A strong background in social housing repairs and property maintenance
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management
• Experience managing operatives and subcontractors
• Strong communication and organisational skills

The Repairs Supervisor role is offering the following benefits:
• £25 - £26 per hour
• Company vehicle provided
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Working hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Permanent salary of £43,000 - £45,000 per year available upon successful completion of the contract period

Location & travel
Based in Basingstoke, this role is primarily site-based with attendance at the office required once per week. The area benefits from excellent transport links via the M3, A33, and A339, making travel between sites straightforward. A company vehicle is provided to support travel across the patch.
