The Residential Property Associate Role
The Residential Property Associate will advise on a broad range of high-value transactional matters, often involving complex ownership structures, trust arrangements and international considerations.
Work will include:
* Acquisitions and disposals of prime and super-prime London property
* High-value freehold and leasehold transactions
* Property acquisitions involving trusts, offshore structures and family offices
* Portfolio management and restructuring matters
* Advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
* Residential financing and refinancing transactions
* Landlord and tenant matters connected to residential assets
* Complex title investigations and property structuring
* Development acquisitions and strategic land matters
* Coordination with private wealth, tax and trust specialists on multi-disciplinary matters

The successful candidate is likely to have:
* 4+ years' PQE gained within a recognised residential property practice
* Strong experience handling high-value residential transactions
* Experience advising high-net-worth clients
* Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law
* Confidence managing transactions from instruction through to completion
* Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail
* A collaborative approach and desire to build long-term client relationships
* Experience working with trusts, private wealth clients or complex ownership structures would be advantageous
