Resourcing Assistant

Full time, Hybrid (2/3 days in the office)

A well-established professional services business is looking for a Resourcing Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive and people-focused who enjoys working in a busy and fast-paced environment. Previous resourcing, scheduling or coordination experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

This is a varied role requiring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating schedules, workloads, training and leave across teams
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting planning and resource allocation to ensure projects run efficiently
  • Acting as a key point of contact for resourcing queries and updates
  • Managing and maintaining accurate data and reporting information
  • Helping identify and resolve scheduling clashes or resource challenges
  • Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas to improve efficiency

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and work well under pressure
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Office
