A well‑established, award‑winning automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Retail Manager / Business Manager to join its high‑performing dealership team in Coventry. Role Responsibilities
- Advising customers on finance and insurance products while ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Building rapport quickly and recommending suitable products based on customer needs
- Monitoring F&I performance against budget and taking action to address shortfalls
- Supporting management with planning, forecasting, and dealership strategy
- Coaching and developing the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Tracking performance, analysing results, and providing regular updates to the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Retail Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong customer‑facing, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, honest, and solutions‑focused approach
- Full, clean UK driving licence
