Your new company
We're looking for an experienced Roofer to carry out high‑quality repairs and maintenance across social‑housing properties in the East Midlands. You'll be based out of the Nottingham depot and work across a large regional property portfolio.
Your new role

• Deliver roofing repairs, replacements and associated trade tasks
• Work to professional standards, legislation and safe‑working practices
• Provide a reliable, customer‑focused service across occupied properties

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing or associated trade qualification and strong trade experience
• Skilled in pitched and flat roofing, timber repairs, UPVC fascia/soffits, felt/single‑ply systems, leadwork and pointing
• Valid manual UK driving licence + minimum one year's driving experience
• Preferable: Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, PASMA
