Your new company
A leading housing services provider is seeking an experienced Roofer for a temporary‑to‑permanent position covering properties across the East Midlands. The role is based out their Nottingham depot.
Your new role

• Up to £25.00 per hour (temporary)
• £31k- £33k per annum once permanent
• Full‑time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30

What you'll need to succeed

• Carry out roofing repairs, replacements and associated trade tasks
• Work across social‑housing properties, delivering high‑quality, safe and efficient work
• Follow all relevant legislation, standards and safe‑working practices

What you'll get in return

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in roofing or associated trade
• Skilled in pitched/flat roofing, timber repairs, UPVC fascia/soffits, felt & single‑ply systems, leadwork and pointing
• Valid manual UK driving licence + minimum one year's driving experience
• Preferable: Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, PASMA, ability to read drawings
