The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a growing and fast-paced commercial business based in Gloucestershire.

This role would suit a highly organised and detail-focused individual with previous experience in sales support, commercial administration, or pipeline coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations, maintaining CRM accuracy, producing management reports, and ensuring the smooth administration of customer orders and quotations.

This is not a sales role; however, confidence working within a busy sales office environment is essential.

There is genuine long-term progression available for the right person as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing customer quotations
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining CRM systems and sales pipeline records
  • Supporting sales teams with administration and reporting
  • Managing customer documentation and correspondence
  • Assisting with renewals, follow-ups, and customer engagement activity

Pipeline Administration & Reporting

  • Managing the day-to-day upkeep of the sales pipeline
  • Chasing internal updates and missing information
  • Producing weekly pipeline snapshots and management reports
  • Supporting monthly reporting linked to sales performance and forecasting
  • Coordinating information across sales, finance, and operations teams

Customer & Internal Coordination

  • Handling customer and internal enquiries professionally
  • Acting as a central point of communication between departments
  • Logging and tracking customer interactions accurately
  • Supporting the resolution of queries and administrative issues

Essential

  • Previous experience within sales administration, commercial support, or pipeline administration
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience producing weekly and monthly reports
