  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm
  • Contract: Initially temporary moving to Permanent

About the Role

We are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Bootle who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering stable working hours and a competitive salary.

The role is a mix of customer interaction via phone and email, supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Processing customer orders accurately on internal systems
  • Managing order-related queries, including amendments, deliveries and lead times
  • Providing after-sales support and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Liaising with internal departments such as production, logistics and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and order records

About You

  • Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with order management systems and standard office software (full training provided)
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
