We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Oldham that is looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Providing administrative support to the sales team

Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments

Preparing quotations, sales documentation and reports

Maintaining customer records and databases

Managing customer enquiries and resolving queries professionally

Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day sales operations

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service or Office Administration role

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

Confident using Microsoft Office packages

A positive, can-do attitude

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment

Experience producing sales reports for board meetings, preferably experience of Hubspot
