This is a fantastic opportunity for an administration professional who enjoys working with systems, data and processes, while playing a vital role in helping the sales team deliver an outstanding customer experience.

As a key member of the Sales Support team, you'll be responsible for ensuring vehicle and customer records are maintained accurately and compliantly, supporting the sales team with a range of administrative activities and helping the business achieve key manufacturer and operational targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing vehicle administration across multiple brands and sales channels
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records across CRM and dealer management systems
• Cleansing and auditing digital vehicle files to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
• Supporting vehicle app activations and manufacturer digital engagement targets
• Assisting with vehicle invoicing, taxation and registration activities during peak periods
• Updating sales systems with vehicle, customer and finance information
• Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries professionally
• Working closely with colleagues across sales, accounts and operational teams
• Supporting FCA compliance and internal audit requirements
• Helping deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the vehicle purchase journey

What are the looking for?

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a busy customer-focused environment
• Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Confidence working with multiple systems and databases
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
• A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
