Backed by over 20 years of experience in the UK motor finance market, the business combines cutting-edge technology with a highly personalised customer journey, helping consumers find, finance, and purchase their next vehicle through a nationwide dealer network. As demand continues to grow, they are looking for ambitious, customer-focused sales professionals to join their team and play a key role in guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing and finance process.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is centred around delivering the very best finance solutions for customers looking to purchase their next dream vehicle. You will become the customer’s trusted expert throughout the entire process, ensuring transparency, clarity, affordability, and a seamless experience from enquiry through to payout.
The successful candidate will manage the full customer journey, including finance proposals, underwriting, lender liaison, vehicle sourcing support, settlements, valuations, and securing the strongest possible finance acceptance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound call handling
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable finance solutions
- Guide customers through the full finance application process from start to finish
- Handle and submit finance proposals accurately and efficiently
- Underwrite deals and package applications to maximise lender acceptance rates
- Liaise with lenders to obtain the best possible outcomes for customers
- Ensure affordability and compliance standards are always met
- Obtain settlement figures and vehicle valuations where required
- Assist customers with vehicle search support and guidance
- Build trust and long-term relationships through transparency and expert advice
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates
- Achieve and exceed individual and team KPI targets
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in motor finance, automotive sales, finance brokerage, or a related sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Ability to work in a target-driven and KPI-focused environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively
Desirable Experience:
- Experience underwriting finance applications
- Understanding of lender criteria and finance products
- Knowledge of vehicle valuations and settlements
- Experience using CRM systems and finance platforms
