New Homes Sales Advisor – Part-Time | Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh
Hours: Part-Time (3 days per week)
Working Pattern:

• Thursday – Saturday – Sunday or Friday – Saturday – Sunday
• Plus 1 full weekend off in every 4

Peace Recruitment are currently working with a well-established residential developer to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor for a busy development in Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a flexible, part-time role within a high-performing sales environment, with the chance to work on a quality development and earn strong commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Conducting viewings and presenting properties to prospective buyers
• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent service
• Progressing sales and liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and internal teams
• Achieving sales targets and maximising revenue opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in new homes sales (essential)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and target-driven approach
• Ability to work weekends as part of a rota
• Full UK driving licence preferred
