Paisley Site Services are recruiting on behalf of our long-standing client for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving commercial growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and securing new opportunities across the business.
The Role
▪️ Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
▪️ Conduct high-volume, high-quality prospecting calls to build a strong sales pipeline
▪️ Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to face-to-face meetings and closing deals
▪️ Build and maintain long-term relationships with new clients
▪️ Deliver profitable growth and achieve agreed sales targets

You will be:
▪️ Self-motivated, driven, and confident in a fast-paced sales environment
▪️ Hardworking with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed
▪️ Professional, honest, and relationship-focused in your approach to sales
▪️ Experienced in outbound telesales, business development, or face-to-face sales
▪️ Previous automotive industry experience is not essential; however, a proven background in sales and business development is required.
