Role Overview
Reporting into the project manager, you will be a vital link between sales and project delivery, focussing on facilitating the sales lifecycle by producing quotes of inquiries, managing transition of orders and day-to-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales coordination and estimating
- Project coordination and documentation management
- Client experience
- Financial communication
- 2 years + experience in administration, sales operations and/or project coordination
- Ability to manage moving parts and small projects
- About you: Details orientated, good communicator, tech savvy (CRM, EXCEL), and process-driven
- Personal attributes: calm, proactive, confident, and positive/team focussed
- Succes in first 6 months: able to manage small enquiries, maintain accurate project docs with minimal supervision, and able to build strong links with departments
