Location: West Bromwich
£28,000 – £30,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join a busy commercial team. This role supports the full customer journey, from quotation through to invoicing, ensuring a smooth and compliant service throughout.

You will work closely with sales, technical, operations, and transport teams to coordinate customer requirements and maintain high levels of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
  • Support preparation and coordination of customer quotations
  • Arrange waste bookings and ensure correct documentation is completed
  • Liaise with technical teams to confirm pre-acceptance requirements
  • Raise accurate and timely customer invoices
  • Resolve invoice queries and process credit notes where required
  • Manage customer complaints and service issues
  • Support onboarding of new customers and account setup
  • Assist with key account reporting and scheduling
  • Liaise with transport teams and drivers regarding job requirements
  • Work collaboratively across sales, operations, and technical departments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hazardous waste or regulated waste environment (essential)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Ability to work across multiple internal teams
