About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join a busy commercial team. This role supports the full customer journey, from quotation through to invoicing, ensuring a smooth and compliant service throughout.
You will work closely with sales, technical, operations, and transport teams to coordinate customer requirements and maintain high levels of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
- Support preparation and coordination of customer quotations
- Arrange waste bookings and ensure correct documentation is completed
- Liaise with technical teams to confirm pre-acceptance requirements
- Raise accurate and timely customer invoices
- Resolve invoice queries and process credit notes where required
- Manage customer complaints and service issues
- Support onboarding of new customers and account setup
- Assist with key account reporting and scheduling
- Liaise with transport teams and drivers regarding job requirements
- Work collaboratively across sales, operations, and technical departments
Requirements
- Previous experience in hazardous waste or regulated waste environment (essential)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and solution-focused approach
- Ability to work across multiple internal teams
