An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a growing and successful business based in West Malling. This hybrid role offers the chance to develop a career in B2B sales, working within a supportive team environment with excellent earning potential and progression opportunities.
 
You'll work 2 days per week in the office and the remainder from home.
 
The Role
  • Researching and identifying prospective business customers.
  • Generating new opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn activity.
  • Qualifying leads and assessing customer requirements.
  • Building relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing activity through CRM systems.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
 
About You
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset.
  • The desire to build a long-term career in sales.
