Key responsibilities for the Sales Executive role:

• Making outbound calls to business prospects to introduce Wills & Co’s commercial insurance services.
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales consultants.
• Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance targets.

Skills and experience

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who has the following:

• Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone.
• Resilience and drive - comfortable working towards targets and handling objections.
• Strong organisation - able to manage call lists, follow-ups, and CRM updates efficiently.
• Team player - works well with others and contributes to a positive team culture.
