Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Poole Area

Salary: £20,000 basic (increasing with length of service) + OTE £60,000+

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a driven and motivated Sales Executive to join a successful and growing team based in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for a target-driven individual looking to build a rewarding career in sales, with strong earning potential and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
• Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Managing enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Maintaining accurate records and following up on leads

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary starting from £20,000 (with increases based on length of service)
• Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £60,000+
• Top performers earning up to £70,000
• Commission top-up provided during the initial months if minimum earnings are not achieved

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
• Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00

You will receive:

• One day off during the week
• One rota’d Saturday off
• Work every other Sunday

• Confident, motivated, and professional
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
