As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our commercial team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in precision engineering or subcontract manufacturing to drive new business and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within precision engineering and subcontract manufacturing
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through to order completion
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Experience in sales within engineering, manufacturing, or subcontract machining
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused

Desirable:

• Knowledge of CNC machining, turning, or milling
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Existing contacts within the UK engineering sector
