Sales Executive

Salary: £26,500 per annum + monthly bonus/commission
Location: Leeds City Centre (hybrid working)
Hours: Mon-Fri, Full-time

Our client is currently seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven role where you will be responsible for converting customer enquiries, while delivering a first‑class customer experience. With a market‑leading, uncapped commission structure, you will have full control over your earning potential.

The Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

  • Handle both outbound and inbound sales enquiries, promoting services to customers referred by partners
  • Contact every referred customer, present the service offering, and secure new deals/partnerships
  • Follow up on direct customer enquiries generated via online channels, converting interest into confirmed instructions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to support collaborative working and target achievement
  • Manage your own workload proactively using internal scheduling systems, including diary planning, call prioritisation, and follow‑ups
  • Ensure all client interactions are accurately recorded and systems are updated with clear and detailed notes
  • Take full ownership of individual KPIs, including sales targets and performance improvement objectives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and associated benefits to confidently present to customers
