An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established, multi-award-winning Managed Service Provider specialising in cybersecurity, data resilience, cloud solutions, and IT services. With over 30 years of success supporting mid-market and enterprise organisations across the UK, this business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking for a commercially driven leader to help shape that journey.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong MSP experience, a passion for building high-performing teams, and the ability to drive both new business and account growth across a consultative sales environment. The business works with leading technology partners including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Veeam, Palo Alto Networks, and Wasabi, delivering cutting-edge solutions across cyber security, cloud infrastructure, and data protection.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within IT / MSP sales
- Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or data protection sales
- Proven success managing revenue growth and delivering measurable sales outcomes
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Willingness to travel nationally as required
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Drive growth across both new and existing client accounts
- Develop and strengthen key vendor and distributor relationships
- Manage, coach, and mentor the Account Management team
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting
- Support go-to-market strategy and collaborate on demand generation initiatives
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
