Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within the BMS and building automation sector
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Deliver solution-based sales across HVAC, ventilation, and building controls
- Engage with key stakeholders including M&E consultants, contractors, architects, OEMs, and system integrators
- Identify and convert competitor-controlled sites
- Position the company as a trusted, long-term solutions provider
About You
- Proven experience in technical sales (BMS, HVAC, or building services)
- Strong network across M&E consultants, contractors, and specification channels
- Commercially focused with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions
