This role centres on delivering solution-led Building Management System (BMS) sales—identifying client needs and providing tailored, value-driven solutions across new-build developments, system upgrades, and competitor site conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within the BMS and building automation sector
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Deliver solution-based sales across HVAC, ventilation, and building controls
  • Engage with key stakeholders including M&E consultants, contractors, architects, OEMs, and system integrators
  • Identify and convert competitor-controlled sites
  • Position the company as a trusted, long-term solutions provider

About You

  • Proven experience in technical sales (BMS, HVAC, or building services)
  • Strong network across M&E consultants, contractors, and specification channels
  • Commercially focused with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions
