Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective responses
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Update and maintain customer accounts accurately
- Prepare and send out customer quotations
- Welcome and meet clients on-site, providing excellent customer service
- Support with customer reviews and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and queries
- Build in-depth knowledge of customer accounts and the company's product portfolio
Experience Required for This Role
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to build a career within a market-leading organisation Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Full clean driving license and own vehicle
