Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team
  • Update and maintain customer accounts accurately
  • Prepare and send out customer quotations
  • Welcome and meet clients on-site, providing excellent customer service
  • Support with customer reviews and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and queries
  • Build in-depth knowledge of customer accounts and the company's product portfolio

Experience Required for This Role

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to build a career within a market-leading organisation Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Full clean driving license and own vehicle
