Salesperson – East Midlands

Location: East Midlands (commutable from Nottingham, Derby, surrounding areas)
Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 basic + uncapped commission + car allowance
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business in the East Midlands. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in sales with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and lead follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate information

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
