Scheduling Manager

We are looking for a Scheduling Manager to work for a Tier 1 contractor within Social Housing / Property Services with the skills needed listed below. You will need Scheduling managerial experience dealing with performance, disciplinaries & appraisals. Scheduling and FM experience on hard services is also a must.

Scheduling Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage all resource planning activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Enable K.P.I’s to be met weekly by ensuring all jobs and appointments are met
  • Check K.P.I performance weekly and analyse service failures to implement solutions
  • Attend meetings as requested and deliver service updates to your team at your internal meetings
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures at all times
  • Assisting with people management issues

About You:

  • Scheduler Management experience
  • Dealing with performance, disciplinaries & appraisals
  • Maintenance/ repairs background
  • Customer Service focused
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to identify problems
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • People Management

Salary: £38,000
