School Admissions Officer – NW2 (North West London)

We are currently supporting a welcoming and well-organised school in NW2 who are looking to appoint an experienced School Admissions Officer to join their administrative team. This is a key role within the school, acting as the first point of contact for parents and ensuring a smooth and professional admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Arbor and a proven background working within school admissions or a busy school office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full admissions process from enquiry to student enrolment
• Maintain accurate pupil data using Arbor MIS system
• Liaise confidently and professionally with parents, carers, and external agencies
• Process applications, waiting lists, and in-year admissions
• Ensure compliance with school admissions policies and statutory requirements
• Support school administration where required, including attendance and pupil records
• Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for families

About You:

• Previous experience in a school admissions role (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of Arbor (essential)
• Confident communicating with parents in person, over the phone, and via email
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage a busy workload and work independently
• School-based administrative experience preferred
