🕘 Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to work within a school environment. This is a full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic space for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general cleaning duties across the school
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning desks, classrooms, and surfaces
• Ensuring all areas are kept clean and hygienic throughout the day
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is essential
• Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
