Job Title: Semi‑Skilled Sewing Operative

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £16.02 per hour, rising to £17.65 after 12 weeks
Working Pattern: Full Time, Day Shift (Monday - Friday, 35 hours)

We're looking for enthusiastic semi‑skilled sewers to join our client's sewing department in Crewe, supporting the manufacture of luxury vehicle interiors. This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills, receive training, and be part of a highly respected manufacturing team.

You Don't Need Manufacturing Experience

We're open to applicants who:

• Sew as a hobby or craft
• Have basic sewing machine skills
• Have experience from home sewing, alterations, dressmaking, upholstery, or similar
• Are keen to learn and develop within a production environment

Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

What We're Looking For

• Basic sewing skills using a domestic or similar sewing machine
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Willingness to learn new processes and techniques
• A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• An understanding of safety and following instructions

What You'll Be Doing

• Learning to operate sewing machines used in manufacturing
• Sewing components to a high quality standard
• Working as part of a supportive team environment
• Following clear processes and quality checks

No previous factory or industrial sewing experience is required.
