General semi skilled production worker

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team.

This role will involve working across various areas of the factory and operating a range of machinery as required. The successful candidate must be flexible, hands-on, and willing to carry out a variety of duties throughout the business.

Key Duties:

Operating various sheet metal and production machinery

Assisting in different departments throughout the factory

Carrying out various production and general factory duties where needed

Loading and unloading materials

Maintaining quality standards and safe working practices

Supporting production requirements across multiple areas of the business

General factory and housekeeping duties

Requirements:

Previous experience working within a sheet metal manufacturing environment is essential

Experience operating press brakes and laser machines would be an advantage

Must be willing to undertake various jobs around the factory as required

Training will be provided where necessary

Good understanding of factory health & safety procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Flexible approach to duties and overtime
