PK Education is recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils within specialist education settings from September. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, making this an ideal role for experienced support staff looking for flexibility or their next rewarding challenge.

The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities
- Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and progress
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to create a safe and positive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to meet individual learning needs
- Experience supporting children or young people with Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and challenging behaviour
- A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Competitive daily rates of £100 - £105 PAYE
