What you'll be doingYou'll be supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Speech and Language difficulties
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties
No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time building relationships, encouraging engagement, celebrating small wins, and helping pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
