The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support for students across the school. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping pupils engage with learning, develop communication skills, and build confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students with ASC, autism, and additional SEND needs
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group SEN support
• Assist with learning activities linked to EHCP targets
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development
• Implement behaviour support strategies and sensory interventions
• Encourage engagement through structured routines and clear communication
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
