SEND Tutor - Ruislip

We are looking to engage qualified teachers and experienced tutors to support pupils across Ruislip and the wider Hillingdon area through 1:1 and small group tuition.
This work supports young people who are currently outside of mainstream education, including pupils accessing EOTAS provision and learners with SEND and/or SEMH needs.
There is immediate demand for tutors, with ongoing referrals expected throughout the remainder of the academic year and continuing into September 2026 and beyond.

The Role
- Deliver tuition across core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
- Support primary and secondary-aged pupils
- Work with learners with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, and school avoidance
- Tuition may take place in homes, schools, community settings, or online
- Many referrals offer up to 5 days per week (approx. 3 hours per day)
Requirements
- QTS / QTLS or strong tutoring experience
- Experience with SEND, EOTAS, or alternative provision learners desirable
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong safeguarding awareness
- Ability to travel locally within Ruislip / Hillingdon
