Must have’s

  • Proven experience in sales, client management or account management
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident managing your own diary and workload
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

  • Experience within insurance or a related industry
  • Exposure to the education sector, including universities or colleges
  • Understanding of student wellbeing programmes

So, what will you be doing?

  • Managing and renewing an existing portfolio of education-sector clients
  • Delivering a high-quality and seamless client experience
  • Building strong relationships with wellbeing teams, counsellors and key decision-makers
  • Holding regular review meetings and identifying growth opportunities
  • Prospecting and booking appointments to support new business development
  • Supporting conference activity and representing the business at industry events
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Travelling to meet clients and attend key promotional events
