Must have’s
- Proven experience in sales, client management or account management
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

So, what will you be doing?
- Managing and renewing an existing portfolio of education-sector clients
- Delivering a high-quality and seamless client experience
- Building strong relationships with wellbeing teams, counsellors and key decision-makers
- Holding regular review meetings and identifying growth opportunities
- Prospecting and booking appointments to support new business development
- Supporting conference activity and representing the business at industry events
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Travelling to meet clients and attend key promotional events
