They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to lead and deliver on a range of projects for their team in Glasgow.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

• Manage and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary team

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Experience working across various sectors and across all RIBA work stages
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience
• Strong technical and design skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
