This Senior Corporate Finance Adviser role will combine strong technical expertise with commercial judgement and a hands-on approach to delivering deals. It will be a varied and autonomous role which will include: - 

  • Leading origination and execution of, including M&A, fundraising, refinancing, and valuations.
  • Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing commercial and throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Overseeing financial modelling, valuation analysis, and the preparation of transaction documentation to ensure.
  • Preparing and reviewing pitch materials, information memoranda, and client presentations.
  • Coordinating processes and working closely with legal, tax, and other advisory counterparties.
  • Supporting and mentoring analysts and associates, reviewing work and contributing to team development.
  • Driving business development activity and of the deal pipeline.
  • Collaborating with Corporate Finance and Tax Directors on deal strategy, structuring, and execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management processes.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences: - 

  • ACA/ ACCA Qualified
  • A proven track record of leading or supporting M&A, fundraising, or valuation projects.
  • Confident in managing client relationships day-to-day.
  • Comfortable building and reviewing financial models, interpreting data, and translating it into clear, practical advice.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Able to take ownership of transactions while working closely with colleagues across tax and accounting.
  • Confident in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high performing, supportive team environment.
  • Energetic, curious and with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their goals.
