We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in landscaping and civil engineering projects to join a well-established contractor based in North London.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ estimating experience
• Proven track record in landscaping and civils projects
• Strong commercial awareness and tendering capability
• Ability to manage multiple bids and work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Role

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Identifying value engineering opportunities
• Supporting successful project delivery from pre-construction stage

Package

• Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience
