The company specialise in construction & fit out / refurb across the industrial & logistics, commercial, data centre, life science and retail & leisure sectors on projects up to £30m+.

Senior Estimator Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and Analyse Tender Documentation
- Prepare Accurate Cost Estimates
- Manage the Tender Process
- Obtain and Evaluate Subcontractor and Supplier Quotations
- Conduct Quantity Take-Offs and Measurement
- Identify and Assess Commercial Risks
- Develop Bid Strategies and Value Engineering Proposals
- Lead Internal Tender Review Meetings
- Support Client Engagement and Negotiations
- Prepare Handover Information for Delivery Teams
Senior Estimator requirements
- Construction related degree / qualifications
- 7+ years Estimating experience
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Worked across various sectors within the built environment
- Experience using various Estimating software
