Senior Healthcare Assistant (Medication Trained) - Care homes
Resilience Personnel is recruiting experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants for flexible agency shifts in care homes across the UK, including day and night shifts.
Role responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality personal care to residents
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting changes
- Supporting and reviewing individual care plans
- Supervising junior staff and assisting with training
- Carrying out basic clinical duties as required
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Medication Administration certificate
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant in a care home
- Flexible, reliable, and person-centred approach
