Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A leading international construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to join their established occupier-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing Senior Project Manager to work with major corporate occupiers across high-profile commercial fit out and workplace projects throughout Central London. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in delivering complex schemes while building long-term client relationships within a highly respected consultancy environment.

This consultancy continues to secure significant occupier-led instructions and is looking for a confident Senior Project Manager with strong consultancy experience and the ability to lead projects and junior team members. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role

The successful Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, managing programmes, procurement, consultants, contractors, and client relationships throughout the delivery process. Projects will predominantly focus on commercial occupier fit out schemes across Central London.

The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for stakeholder management, reporting, contract administration, and commercial oversight while mentoring junior team members and supporting business development activities. Previous experience delivering occupier-led projects within a consultancy environment is essential.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:

• Strong construction consultancy experience
• Proven experience delivering occupier fit out projects
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
• Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB chartership preferred
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and fast-paced programmes
