Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am looking for a strong Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or an established Senior QS, to join the team on Project No. 2 in London.

The project is a circa £53m mixed-use development comprising student accommodation and affordable apartments, currently under PCSA with works already commenced on site.

This is a great opportunity to take a leading role on a major London scheme from the early stages through delivery, working within a collaborative project team and taking real ownership of commercial management.

I am looking for someone with:

* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Experience delivering large residential or mixed-use schemes
* The confidence to lead packages and manage client/subcontractor relationships
* A proactive approach and ambition to progress
