They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and be part of this growth.

You will need to be flexible and have greater resilience than most. This role is not for the faint hearted. Things change quickly, sometimes daily. You need to get on with it and roll with the punches.

You will also need a sound knowledge of contracts, with the ability to identify and mitigate contractual risk. Delays on data centre projects are not an option, and the LAD’s are significant.

This is a key role offering both project level commercial management, including applications, payments, variations, and reporting, as well as the opportunity to influence commercial strategy as the business continues to grow. There is real potential for quick progression, international travel and a hybrid work arrangement. Yes you can also work at home too.
