Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Property & Construction, you will:

• Take full ownership of a specialist property and construction recruitment desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the property and construction sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development, networking, and market mapping.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, delivering a consultative and high-quality recruitment service.
• Negotiate terms, manage recruitment processes, and secure successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while contributing to a positive and high-performance culture.

Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Property & Construction, you will have:

• Proven experience within 360 recruitment, ideally in property, construction, engineering, technical, or professional services recruitment.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• A track record of achieving recruitment targets and generating revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, commercially focused, and results-driven mindset.
• The ambition to build and grow your own specialist market.
