We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic and high-performing team based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major global clients across the UK and Europe while recruiting across a diverse range of specialist roles.

The Role:

You will be managing recruitment projects across the Food & Drink sector, partnering with some of the industry’s most recognised global brands.

The role offers a varied and exciting mix of vacancies across:

• Manufacturing
• Engineering
• IT
• Sales & Marketing

You’ll be building long-term relationships with clients across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel to client sites as part of the role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement
• Building and developing client relationships
• Business development and generating new opportunities
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Managing multiple specialist vacancies simultaneously
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

About You:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience within a sales-focused recruitment agency role
• Confident and proactive communicator
• Commercially minded with a passion for business development
• Motivated by earning potential and career progression
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Open to recruiters from any recruitment sector, provided you are prepared to sell and develop business
