Service Administrator
£28,500 | Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm or 9am–5pm (rota basis)

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with a growing and evolving business in Rotherham looking to add an experienced Service Administrator to their busy and supportive service team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for coordinating field service engineers, managing diaries, prioritising workloads, and ensuring customers receive excellent service and communication throughout.

No two days are the same - priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to be organised, adaptable, and confident handling multiple tasks and systems at once.

Duties will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating field service engineers
  • Managing engineer diaries and reactive changes throughout the day
  • Providing updates to customers regarding orders, appointments, and service visits
  • Handling service inbox queries including service reports, returns, collections, and order queries
  • Liaising with procurement teams, hospitals, care facilities, industrial clients, gyms, and private healthcare customers
  • Building strong relationships with engineers and internal teams
  • Supporting the wider service function and helping prioritise workloads
  • Working across multiple systems including ERP, CRM, and scheduling platforms
  • Using MS Excel and internal systems to manage and update information accurately
