Service Advisor

This is a customer-focused role where you’ll be responsible for managing the customer journey from vehicle check-in through to handover, ensuring excellent service throughout. You’ll liaise closely with the workshop and parts departments, keep customers updated on vehicle progress, and manage additional work approvals and invoicing.
Previous Service Advisor or Automotive Aftersales experience is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor or Automotive Aftersales experience REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational ability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Proactive and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
- £35,000 OTE with bonus scheme
