Brandesburton | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)
£25,454 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£30,000 - £33,000+ OTE)

We’re currently recruiting for a Business Development Advisor to join a well-established and growing business within a fast paced commercial environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with previous telesales, lead generation or business development experience looking to join a supportive team with strong earning potential, genuine stability and long term progression opportunities.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Advisor:

  • Proactively contacting prospective businesses via phone and email
  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Managing and updating leads through the CRM system
  • Researching target sectors and identifying growth opportunities
  • Working closely with the marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns
  • Building strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Handling inbound enquiries and following up effectively
  • Supporting wider business growth initiatives and campaigns

Requirements Business Development Advisor:

  • Previous experience within telesales, sales or lead generation 
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Comfortable working in a proactive outbound sales environment
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self motivated with a driven attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
