We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Advisor to join our growing team in Ripponden. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships and achieving targets in a friendly, supportive environment.

The Role

As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales opportunities over the phone. You'll play a key role in driving business growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Building rapport and identifying customer needs
• Promoting products and services confidently
• Following up on leads and enquiries
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records and notes
• Providing a professional and positive customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Previous telesales, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Confident telephone manner
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
